The bar chart provides data on the percentage of people who go to cinemas in a European nation on different days from 2003-2007. Overall, it can be seen that while the most people went to cinemas on Saturday, the least went on Monday.
Looking first at the days when more than 30% of people go to cinemas, Saturday witnessed the highest proportion at all times, starting from just under 40% in 2003 to around 42% in 2007. The second-largest proportion was on Sunday which began with approximately 30% in the first year before rising to around 32 four years later. Friday, however, experienced neither a rise nor a fall during the period, remaining at 30%.
Moving on to the percentages that were less than 30, There was only 10% of people going to cinemas on Monday in 2003, being the lowest percentage in that year. The number climbed to roughly 12 in 2007. Tuesday had a downward trend with 20% in the first year, followed by approximately 18% in 2007. There was a steep decline on Wednesday. Despite having 20% in 2003, it plummeted to less than a half of it, ending at just below 10%.
