Turning to the other chart, in 2010, the service quality was approximately improved as nearly 70% said it had a good and outstanding quality. Meanwhile, about 17% chose the satisfactory section, and only 12% and 4% of the total for poor and very poor quality, decrease about one-fifth compared to the 2005's rating.
