On the other hand, Leatherback turtles have the lowest numbers at the end of the graph as they got their index decreased from 100 to 60 from the year 1980 to 2012. Initially getting their index increased from the year 1980 to 1984 reaching its apogee of index 110 Green turtles’ population got decreased slightly and had its ups and downs in numbers for significant number of times from the year 1985 to 2012 finally reaching to the index of 90 in the year 2012.
'All species' category was at its peak in the years 1985 and 1988, having the index 112 both the time; it got further decreased but not so significantly. However, unlike other species, this category remained not so much changed having maintaining its index of 100 in the year 2012.
