The line chart depicts unemployment proportion in U.S. and Japan. It shows the results of March 1993 to March 1999. The work force of population is represented in percentage.
United States and Japan faced dramatic changes in unemployment rates during March 1993 to 1999. Firstly, on one hand U.S was declining whereas Japan was gradually escalating from 2.5% to 5.0% in work force. Secondly, in the year 1995, Japan had significant increase in labor force by 1% whereas, U.S was having fluctuating digits. Thirdly, in March 1999, both the nations were on same point. Both countries had equall number of work force which was counted 5%. Lastly, Japan had constant number of workers in 1997.
Overall, after observing chart, it is summarized that labor force was dropping with a great pace to 5% in United States. On the other hand, Japan was having rising numbers which was double of 1993. Both countries faced fluctuation in work force by population.
