The given gragh gives information about how much money US consumers spend every year on cell phone and residential phone services in a 9-year period form 2001 and 2010.
Overall, there is a upward trend in the consumption of mobile phone services while the opposite trend was observed in the other residential phone services.
First of all, starting at 200 dollars from 2001, the amount of money American spent rose dramatically to 300 dollars in the next year of the period. Consumer expenditurees on cell phone service countinued to grow steady during the examed period and reach a highest point at more than 700 dollars in the final year 2010.
On the other hand, the completely adverse trend was shown in the other services. The expenses related to residential phone services in the US was witness a significant downward trend during the period after started at opproximately 700 dollars in 2001. The figure fell to 500 dollars in 2006, exceeding the figure of mobile phone services and finally reach a lowest point at the end of the period.
