Firstly, there is a big gender disparity in two of the faculties: in Education most of the teachers are females while in Engineering the larger part of the work body are males. In Education, almost 80% of the team are women and slightly above 20% are men. In Engineering, there are about 80% male individuals teaching and around 20% females.

On the other hand, there is an almost equal amount of male and female professors in the Medicine department with a percentage of around 50% each (51% females and 49% males). There are more men working in the Law, the Business and in the Science departments than women. In Arts, there are about 55% of female faculty members and about 45% of male teachers.
