The chart illustrated the rate between two gender groups in the academic staff across the faculties of a major university in 2012. Overall, the rate of men was pop up in more features than that of women.
It was clear that male group was more quadruple than female group in engineering. In business and science, the rate of two groups had the same number (38% in women and 62% in men respectively). The figure at male was 60% in law, 20% to the percentage at women.
In contrast, the percentage of female academic staff was triple than that of male in education. The rate of female group was about 60% in arts and that of men was more than 20%. In additionally, medicine made a notice with the same rate at both group (about 50% at each other)
In conclusion, the male group had high rate at some main features named engineering, business and science and the female was its highest level in education, followed closely by arts.
