The pie charts provided illustrate information about the proportion of video games in South Korea in 2003.
Overall, it is clear that many of gamers was young people with the male gender dominating. Also, the most purchasing games was action games.
At the first graph, 45% of the game players were aged 18-35 years old, while lower by 7% was the age group below 18 years old and just over a fifth of them was above 35-year-old group. Besides, the gender of gamers comprised of a majority of men and just above a-fourth was women.
Moving to the best selling type of games, the biggest proportion was combating games, followed by sports and racing at the second and third place. The former accounted for about a-fifth, while the latter was 17%. Both education and role-play were at similar figures (7% each). Also, just a minority of gamers played other modes of electronic-games.
