The pie chart illustrates the information about different modes of complaints about the bank of America. However, the bar graph shows the average time to resolve the complaints.

Firstly, from the pie chart, 63% of complaints had been registered by public. While, insurance companies had only 8% of complaints about bank whereas, only 3% of complaints had been came from media and bank employees. Additionally, nearly same percentage of complaints was registered by government agencies and out of state, which was 11% and 10% respectively. Moreover others had only 2% complaints about bank.

Secondly, bar chart shows the investigation time to take final action. Bank took more than 6 months in 2001for final action and 4 to 6 months in 2000, 2002, 2003 and 2004 with some fluctuations.

Overall, from the pie chart, major complaints source is public for bank whereas, some fluctuations can be seen for resolve the problem from the column graph.
