how apple is canned The diagram shows how apple is canned Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant

The diagram illustrates how canned apples are manufactured through a simple process.

There are fourteen stages in the process of making canned apple slices, beginning with harvesting apples from apple farms and ending with delivering finished products-canned apples- to supermarkets.

It is clear from the diagram that at the first step, original fresh apples, the main raw material of the production, are collected by hand from apple gardens before being transported by a truck to a factory for sorting out the good quality apples that are later frozen in storage in which the temperature is set to less than 0*C. The cool apples are weighed and peeled off before getting their seeds or any hard parts near the seeds removed. They then are cut into small slices.

After the sliced apples are being mixed up with water, juice and syrup, the mixture is put into cans and sterilized all the harmful bacteria at the cooking stage. In the next two stages of the end, the pasteurized cans are labelled and stored at a cool temperature before getting dispatched to superstores for people who demand to purchase.
