The table illustrates information about the total income and food and clothes expenditure. Meanwhile, the pie charts show the differences in the distribution of money spent on various categories in 2010 and 2013, measured in percentage.

In general, 2013 witnessed a decrease in total income compared to that of in 2010. Additionally, the budget for fruits and vegetables rose significantly, while the opposite trend was true for clothes throughout the observed period.

More specifically, the total household income experienced a drop of 4,000 pounds, from 29,000 pounds in 2010 to 25,000 pounds in 2013. Despite the decrease in total income, money spent on clothes and food steadily increased from 14,000 pounds to 15,000 pounds within three years.

Despite making up just only 15% in 2010, the expenditure of diary products saw a slight rise to one-fifth in 2013. Meanwhile, the figure for fruits and vegetables increased substantially to over a third in 2013. Additionally, the proportion of money spent on other food and beverages in 2013 remained a similar level to that of in 2010.

In terms of budget on clothes, there was a notable drop in the figure for clothes, from 22% to 12%. Spending on meat and fish accounted for the highest figure among other categories in 2010, with a rate of a quarter, falling sharply to 15% in 2013.
