The line graph illustrates the figure for coffee exported from three countries namely Brazil, Colombia and Costa Rica in the period from 2002 to 2012.
Overall, it is evident that all three aforementioned countries saw a larger amount of exported coffee over a period of 10 years. Brazil exported the highest volume of coffee, while Costa Rica was the lowest coffee exporter.
In 2002, the amount of coffee exported from Brazil and Colombia were about 12 and 5 million kilograms, respectively. During the next 4 years, the figures for both countries had rose significantly. The volume of exported coffee from Colombia dropped to the lowest point, at around 2 million kilograms in the year 2008; before climbing dramatically to 15 million kilograms after 4 years. The figure for Brazil followed a similar trend by reaching a peak at 25 million kilograms in 2012.
On the other hand, there was a remarkable decline in the figure for Costa Rica, by almost 8 million kilograms during the period between 2002 and 2006. The amount of exported coffee had gone up steadily by 2012, reaching at 20 million kilograms.
