There is a change of the number of new homes construction of single-family shown in the line graph. These number is found in four different areas in US is Northeast, Midwest, South and West from 2008 to 2012.
In 2006, new residential constructions are most in South, whereas it was not much in Northeast. According to the graph, there are approximate 900000 homes built in South. It gone down in 2008. Constructing new homes in US for single-family was as not popular as anymore. All of four areas in US built less in 2008. However, from much to less, it is still South, West, Midwest, Northeast respectively. The number of residential constructions still decreased until 2010. By 2012, it was little increasing in South and West. Nevertheless, the highest was just about 250000.
To sum up, the tendency of building homes for single-family in US is pretty prevalent during six years. It flexible change and have not stopped. The single-family has become a part of our world, so there is not wonder about it.
