A glance at the graph provided reveals the proportion of visitors to England among four various tourist attractions in Brighton during the three decades from 1980 to 2010.
It is apparent from the information supplied that a number of people who came to Pavilion saw a dramatic growth while the remainders experienced a downward trend.
From a negligible 10 percent among tourists to Pier in 1980, then fluctuated at somewhere between 9 and 15 percent prior to 2005, before soaring at 22% in 2010. Opposite the trend, the most popular destination among four categories was the Festival with the figure approximately in 1980. The subsequent decades, however, saw a slight around 28% in 2010.
In 1980, the figures for Pavillon and Art at 22 and 24 percent respectively. However, the Pavilion reached a peak of nearly 50% by the year 1995, but this then plunged to 31% in 2010. Likewise, the Art showed the same pattern of the trend with the Festival, rising to 38 percent in 1985, before sliding away to less than 10% at the end of the period, despite slight fluctuations.
