The line graph given exhibits the amount of three spreads margarine, lowfat and reduced spreads and butter, which were consumed during the time period from 1981 to 2007.
Looking at the line representing butter , there began much higher than lowfat and reduced spreads, with just above 140 grams in 1981.However, before staggering considerably to almost 50 grams in 2007.there was a minimal surge in the quantity of consumption of butter nearly 10 grams in 1980.
As to the consumption of margarine, there began at around just under 20 grams in 1996, which was hit rock bottom during the period presented. Interestingly, the amount of consumption of lolwfat swelled by leaps and bounds to nearly 85 grams in the next year. However, there was a negligible plunge in the amount of consumption of lowfat to almost 70 grams in 2007. Turning to the margarine line there began with nearly 70 grams in 1981. Then, in the subsequence two years, there was a fluctuation in the
quantity of margarine . From 1991 to 1996, the quantity of marggarine stabilize at 100 grams .After that, there was a considerable staggering from 100 grams in 1996 to 40 grams in 2007.
