Given is the map depicting the disparity in a local Darwin waterfront through a 5 –year period starting from 2009
It is perceptible that the total area was almost unchanged although there were some big changes in its facilities. People located a new harbour in the sea in 2014 and divided the industrial area into 2 places.
Darwin waterfront seems to have some minor changes in aquatic areas. While the position of the coastal swimming pools was unchanged, the domestic one was removed, instead, a new industrial area was established. Furthermore, after 5 years of changing, a brand new harbour that located near the sea was founded, people also built paths that connect the land and this sea-building. Despite the sea zone depriving, the lake and fishing area were kept in order, staying stable after a changing period.
Regarding land construction, the industrial area was the most unstable thing of all. Not only established one near the lake, the big industrial area that had been divided into 2 parts by the path leading to the harbour. The upper part was used for educational purposes with a new university, the opposite was residential buildings which were doubled in numbers in 2014. Trees were planed more inland in 2014, proved by the rest of the area was filled by full of trees. Conventional centres and schools which were located near the lake area had no disparity even at the end of the period.
