It can be seen that the chosen location, of S2, is in the centre of the town, where never has any traffic zone. The given area is near the main roads and residential areas, but it has a long-distance, about 7 km to Chartham, which has a population of 4500 and also is far away from the university.
In view of the map, the S1 is a suitable area to build a school because there is more than population and green space than S2.
