The maps below show an industrial area in the town of Norbiton, and planned future development of the site.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

There are some differences between the design of the town in Norbiton in nowadays and it's in the future.

In present, there is one big circle in the center of the place. It is surounded by eight factories. Five of them was in the East and three are around the centre. But in the future, the roads will be increased. There will be a school and a playground. The old factories had been destroyed and new housing are built there. A bridge will be built in order to come across the river and land in the farm land. We will build a big house in there. Shops and medical centre are located around the big circle center, in it's East South and West South. A road will be built from the circle and connect to the main road with another small circle.

In conclusion, in the near future, the plan of new Norbiton have a lot of change from it nowadays. It will be better, more modern and able for people to live there, can attract more people from another places, will become a dream world.
