The above picture explains the changes in the map of Pancha Village in the years 2005 and 2015.
That decade really brought a lot of development in the village. Visible features include metallic road, tele-communication networks and cables including improved school provinces.
The places of Pagoda and houses of residents doesn't show any major changes, where as market place became well organised with many shop than earlier. The installments of communication network towers beside the market place is a major change. Cables are also being arranged across the road on one side facilitating distribution of wires all around the village. The road was so developed from stoned to metallic with traffic signals installed on other side. Unlike the previous times when village only had primary school, now village consists of both primary and secondary schools with separate buildings constructed for each. The overall changes are noticeable and included technology enhancement in their lives too.
