Overall, the park has witnessed significant alterations, with the addition of several constructions and advancement of road system which enable to meet the demands of commuting of the inhabitants
Regarding the buildings in the park, the meadow area located in west-south has been cleared to make room for the erection of research and development area. Additionally, the offices have been untouched, as opposed to the reception area which has been demolished to construct the reception area. By contrast, no activities have been conducted to improve the Business Units situated in the west. On the other hand, the Innovation Centre has been built to replace the IT Centre. In the opposite direction, the Cyber Security has a rectangular shape that has been sculptured into an L-shape structure.
Next, a cycle path has been constructed along the road in the northeast and in the centre of the park which lead straightforward to the car park. Aside from that, the route system has been developed considerably with addition and advancement of roads in distinctive zone consisting of the new road connecting the two buildings located in the west south and east north and the upgrading of the road in the south which is connected to a new constructed station on the railway. Final, there is an erection of a bus stop next to the road in the east side.
