Measures for controlling the crime rate

In several countries in the world such as Japan or Sweden, the crime rate is much lower than other nations. How do they control the percentage? This essay will present several methods for the governments to decrease the immorality.
The first solution is that the governments should raise their citizens’ awareness of law. Through ethical lessons, legal and illegal activities in behavior should be given for students in order to help them avoid criminal situations. In addition, measures of punishment for criminals should be shown publicly in the media to warn the citizen, which make them be so frightened that they must give up illegal actions.
Along with raising awareness of citizens in law, the governments should reduce the unemployment rate by making a big number of job opportunities. If people are busy with working, they will have no time to communicate with gangsters and join in criminal activities. Hence, there is a significant decrease in number of outlaws when employment is supplied adequately.
Finally, the authorities should organize more and more charity programs in order to raise citizens’ kindness which makes them avoid illegal behavior. For example, the programs, in which people will help poor children from remote areas, make participants feel really lucky when living in better family circumstances which they need to regard and reserve them.
In brief, to control the crime rate effectively, the governments should promote knowledge of citizens in law, create more job and organize more charity programs. Meanwhile, parents should more time on taking care of their children to make them become good citizens.
