One of the best methods to motivate and encourage workers is to pay them according to what they produce or sell. Do you think this is the best method? Give relevant examples from your experience.
Some people hold the opinion that compensates employees according to their work and strength is to be better way to motivate them. While I believe that it has many ways to motivate employees but, good compensation of work is one of the most essential part to encourages workers.
To begin with I would like to outline the advantages of compensation of workers which plays most important role to motivate workers. One of the obvious advantages of paying better compensation is that people give their extra effort to the work that ultimately is far beneficial for company's growth, along with this, workers spend more and more time with organization instead of moving to other organization. Moreover, it has seen many times in most of the organizations that workers does not spend much time in organization owing to less concentration of employer and unfair compensation of their work. Furthermore, labor plays most imperative role among the organization which can be called back bone of the industry as well that always will be worthwhile for the industry. There is no denying that attractive salary always motivate people either he or she is labor or senior manager for instance, most of the organizations pays a handsome amount to their employee at the end of year in the shape of benefits such as, bonus, extra leaves, occasion’s benefits and many others which motivate and convince them to do work with heart and soul.
In contrast, it has seen many times in most of the industries wherein workers only go for passing their time owing to less compensation and no annually benefits, even number of industries does not provide basis sustenance of labors which is being set by the government, alongside, some industries treats with their employees like a slave especially in third word countries where people are more worry rather than others. Many adepts emphasize that this is the responsibility of government to look after and check each and every thing of the industries with transparency, as well as implement sanctions at every one in case of bridging law.
To sum up, it is evident that in order to motivate and enthusiastic to employees should be satisfied by their compensation and benefits which is need of every person. Meanwhile, government needs to focus on those industries that are not following rules of the government.
