Staff is an indispensable part of every organisation, there is no any company which can progress without them. Moreover, the performance of staff plays extremely vital role in the success of the company. Hence , companies have to do lot of effects in their Favour as by motivation and admire their work.
initially, I personally believe that in order to improve the profit on the any company it is extremely indispensable for the management to give the motivation to the workers for their job if they do work effectively, only because of this they will give proper attention against to do work properly because they think that they will get good status among the other workers.For instance, the survey was conducted by the university of dehli motivation of the workers is one of the better way to take effective work from them.
Moreover, organisation should also give them break for some time during the working hours, as a repercussion of this , employees will fell relax as well as on the based on their performance they should also give them extra money because , they can fulfil their needs because she a only key to having more work from workers.
To conclude, the growth of the any company is not possible without their workers, in simple word workersearch are the backbone of every organisation.
