Because of that, the quality of tomatoes provides the final requested consistency of the ketchup, farmers carefully carry out sorting process by hands. After being transported to factory by trucks, the tomatoes are brought to a removal process in order to clean from stalks, seeds, skins, etc. Having been collected into containers, the processed tomatoes are crushed and turned into liquid. Next, with adding ingredients including sugar, salt, and vinegar, they are ready to boil.
Taking about two hours for cooling process to prevent flavor loss, the tomato liquid is filled into the bottle and labeled on the body of the bottle. To guarantee quality of the final product of ketchup, inspectors check all ketchup bottles and remove any bottles having defects. The bottles passed quality control step, are packaged into the box. At just before the final stage, manufacturers distribute their own ketchup to supermarkets. Finally, the customers can enjoy the tomato ketchup with their food.
