In general, there is a total of 13 steps, including three main stages: collecting recycling bottles from garbage dumps, weaving, and finally completing products like t-shirts and jeans.
Firstly, bottles are gathered from garbage collection places in the city, these plastic bottles are delivered by garbage trucks to recycling factories. After that, workers sort plastic bottles manually and send them to the crashing funnel-shaped machines to cut into small pieces by two grinding parts. Next, the cutting pieces are rinsed with washing equipment and dried in the sun for 10 hours.
The next stage is melting small plastic pieces into melted plastic and pouring this liquid into tube molds with small holes. Then the yarn is produced and sewed by winding machine into rolled cloth, which is finally processed into end products, namely t-shirts, food containers, and bags.
