The pictures show the changes of a park from 1980 to the present day.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The two pictures illustrate the key modifications that a park has undergone from 1980 until today.
Overall, since 1980, a lot of changes have taken place with respect to the park. The most important is the division of the two main areas of the park into four, in order for the park to facilitate more activities.
Looking at the left picture in more detail, it is evident that in 1980 a paved road split the park into two different sides. The left side was covered by grass and some flowers. Furthermore, four benches and a small lake were located at the centre of this area. The right side was, also, full of grass, flowers, and trees.
Since 1980, the shape of the park has been altered significantly. In particular, the paved road is now a crossroad splitting the park into four separate areas which are all covered by grass. The northeast area has some tables and benches and there are some people having barbeque there. In the southeast area, there are two children playing football. Finally, in the southwest area, remain three benches and the small lake, and the northwest area is empty.
