Essay topics:

The pie chart illustrates the proportion of classes of various sizes in elementary schools in four different states in Australia in 2010.
In general, it can be seen that class being 21-25 students was the most prevalent in each state, except for South Australia. It is also clear that the rate of classes over 30 students consistently had the lowest figures throughout the period.

In New South Wales, 37% of total classes contained 21-25 students, followed by 26-30 and 20 students, with 33% and 26% respectively. In South Australia, meanwhile, 20 students or fewer classes held the highest share, with 36%, the percentages of 21-25 and 26-30 classes ranged from 28% to 33%. Notably, the data for the biggest class size in both states were the same, with just 4%.
Turning to the remaining states, classes containing 21-25 students held the majority, at over half of the total classes, compared to 38% of classes not having over 38%. In contrast, classes with 26-30 took up one-tenth of the total which was tenfold the biggest class size. In Western Australia, 21-25 classes model kept the dominant, making up 42%, while a negligible difference can be seen in the rates of classes with 26-30 and 20 pupils, and the figures were 27% and 26% in that order. In the last position was the largest class size, as it’s share was only 5%.
