Process chart

The given flowchart illustrates the process chart for the manufacturing of coloured plastic paper clips in a tiny factory.
Overall, there are five phases used during the process from different molten plastic to the packing and dispatching.
For the initial phase, three types of plastic is separated from molten plastic . These are yellow, blue and red coloured plastic. In the second phase, quality of various coloured plastic ic checked by quality control machine. During this step, satisfactory plastic is sent to the next phase , whereas unsatisfactory one is thrown out. In the third phase of the process, plastic is sorted by hands in two colours mixed and single colour. In this step , again these two colours plastics are sent to quality control for checking. At the last phase good plastic is used by factory to produce clips and packed and dispatched as per their order.
