Radio and Television Audiences in UK, October - December 1992

The line graph demonstrates the percentage of audience for the radio and television in the UK during the months October to December in the year 1992. According to the legends TV percentage is shown by segmented line and radio by dotted line.

Overall, throughout the period the percentage of people watching TV is higher than that of Radio audience. While most people prefer to listen radio in the mornings where as TV mostly watched in the nights .

If we first glance the percentage of TV audience around 3% at 6Am and there is a gradual increase to 8% at 8am then moderately decreased to 6% at midday, after that the percentage of TV audience dramatically increased to peak 48% at 8pm with a gentle drop between 2pm and 4pm from that point onwards the rate of TV audience decreased to its minimum around 1% at 4am before reclimbing to 3% at 6am in the next morning.

On the other hand around 7% people listened to radio in the morning at 6am and suddenly increased to peak around 29% at 8am and then it started to decrease throught the day untill it came to the lowest point around 2% at 6pm .before increasing to 7% at 6am next morning
