In some culture old people are valued more, while in other cultures youth is considered more valuable.
Discuss both the views and give your opinion.
In comparison between old and youth, some people believe that old people are more noteworthy, while other says; young people are having more significant values relatively old. In my opinion, it depends on the situation and experience which creates the need of person accordingly, as well as every country's people has their own perspective to judge people.
To begin with, I would like to outline the several advantages of old people who eventually plays most essential role in many places and there is no alternative of old and experienced people. Many intellectual people say that there is no short cut of experience, it always requires ample of time and input to learn. In addition, every experienced people knew the way to came out from trouble and that's the only reason of old people to be considered for Senior Position in organizations namely; General Manager, Corporate Manager, HR Manager and many others.
On the other hand, in few countries people need young and energetic people, because they believe youngsters are fully aware of current affairs and market trends comparatively old people. One of the obvious advantages of youngsters is that they are always intended to do something new that eventually would be worthwhile for instant, creativity in products, adoption of new technology, find loopholes in market and so on. Furthermore, some expert are concerned that in many industries people are hardly bearing old environment owing to old people, whereas, the world has changed the environment and moving rapidly towards the advance technology.
In conclusion, it’s quite difficult to differentiate between both of them, but, they have their own values and qualities that cannot be exchanged and people are always considered by their own values.
