Nowadays self employment is better way of earning one’s livelihood than being at job in any company .I agree with this given notion .There are certain benefits that are be independent in their work but it may not alway be adivisable their ricks of loss business. To embark with ,first and foremost self employment have full independence in their business and different decisions without permission of bosses .In addition to this person feeling flexibility in their work for instance individuals can do household work in any time without any fear of manager Moving further,individual can grow business with own budgets without dealing with bosses and make different scheduling of your own choice lastly people can select good staff which are well educated and know how to grow business in the further moreover cooperate with each other. On the other in case of a job individual do not have risk of losing business money person depend on salary similarly person have fixed salary of company is in profits or loss Lastly workers have fully freedom after the office time over their can enjoy with company member
