Nowadays, women have equal job opportunities as men; however, many people think that women, and especially mothers, spend most of their time raising their children and getting financial support from the government. In my opinion, a woman can be independent, earn money, and at the same time be a mother.
Every woman wants to have a job, have money, and be able to support their family. Moreover, family expenses often tend to double after marriage and having children. For this reason, mothers who work will have an additional source of income for their families. They can help pay the bills, provide a good quality of life, have a career, and easily accumulate a small amount as a backup fund for the family.
Finally, working mothers set a good example for their children. When children see how hard their parents work to provide for the family and share the responsibilities in the family, they will learn from them. Family values such as hard work, responsibility, and love can be passed on from generation to generation.
In conclusion, spending time with the family is essential, but it needs financial support from the government or from employed mothers. I disagree that mothers should stay home because they deserve a place in the workforce.
