This report derives from a table and a pie chart illustrating the origins and issued sectors of a police budget in a specific area of Britain in 2017 and 2018.
Generally speaking, The principal origin of presented police allocation came from the national government while the major proportion of it was utilized for the salaries.
Turning to the table, National government accounted for the lion share of the allotment in both years(175.5m and 177.8m respectively) followed by local taxes as the second-highest contributors. However, in 2018, the offerings of native tariff exhibited a growth of about 11m pounds while the total allocation also increased approximately by 14m pounds compared to the previous year. In terms of offerings from other sources remained almost equal around 38m pounds.
Looking at the pie chart, the investment on buildings and transportation of police forces stayed constant in both years. Moreover, In 2018 the spending on technology was almost doubled than the previous one ( around 14% and 8% respectively). Even though, the expenses on salaries decreased by 6% from the last year, this section still remained responsible for the highest consumption of the allotment (around 69% and 75% respectively).
