The most skill in the opinion of people that were asked are in dealing with people at the 65% and the opposite was, making speeches or presentation at 7%in 1997 and 11% in 2006. The highest percentage in the communication internal category was listening carefully to colleges furthermore, It had the most increase of percentage over 10 year period from 38% to 47%.
The categories with slightest changes were the planning the activities of other over the time period from, 14% to 15%. Other important skill are knowledge of particular product or services and advising or caring for costumer or clients amount changing respectively from 35% to 41% and 36% to 39%.
