The accompanying table clearly displays and compares the car production of three countries, namely Argentina, Australia, and Thailand, between 2003 and 2009.
As transparent from the data, it can be seen that both Argentina and Thailand witnessed a significant upturn in the total number of cars produced, while the production of automobiles in Australia gradually decreased. In addition, Thailand was the leading car manufacturer throughout the surveyed period.
Regarding the data in 2003, Argentina produced 235.088 cars, which was around half of the figure for Australia. Thailand, however, was recorded to have put together three times as many automobiles as Australia, at approximately 735.852 cars. In 2006, whereas the statistics of Australia fell considerably from 452.163 to roughly 341.268 vehicles, a remarkable increase was seen in the quantity of cars assembled in Argentina and Thailand, at estimated 352.759 and 1.162.356 cars respectively.
By 2009, the number of Australia had declined to 245.624, whilst the figure for Argentina experienced a moderate rise to roughly 466.089 vehicles. Furthermore, despite falling slightly, the total production of cars in Thailand still far outstripped the other two nations, remaining close to 1 million units.
