The table shows the number of visitors the year before and after the refurbishment of the museum. The charts show the visitor satisfaction before and after. From the table it can be seen that the number of visitors have significantly increased after the refurbishment, namely 18000.
The chart indicates that the percentage of very satisfied visitors has increased a lot, from 15% to 35%. Satisfied visitors percentage has increased after the refurbishment. As from the chart, the number of satisfied visitors was the most among the others after refurbishment. The year before the refurbishment the largest portion of the chart was comprised with dissatisfied visitors, about 40%. But after the refurbishment this proportion has fallen into just 15%.
The survey also shows that very dissatisfied visitor percentage has decreased compared to the year before refurbishment. 5% of the visitors did not respond to the survey both before and after.
So to conclude, the refurbishment indeed has had a positive effect on the overall customer satisfaction.
