Overall, the renovation made the museum more attractive. The prove was that the number of people visiting the museum was quite higher and the increase in satisfaction level.
In the first period, the number of visitors was 74000, in the second one this number raised to 92000, it is approximately 20000 bigger than that of the year before refurbishment.
The pie charts show five criteria to judge the satisfaction of people. Very satisfied, satisfied, dissatisfied, very dissatisfied and no response. In the year before refurbishment, 40% of visitors expressed their dissatisfaction, followed by 30% of people who were highly satisfied and the number of extremely dissatisfied visitors was 10%. In another period, it was 35% of visitors showed great happiness compared to the first period. The proportion of unsatisfied visitors decreased remarkably and the number of visitors who left no response remains 5%.
