The given table embodies the data about the profit of a small restaurant which sites in a downtown business block throughout 7th-13th of October.
Overall, it can be taken into consideration that public catering has dinner as the most lucrative period of the day throughout the week. Moreover, it is also noticeable that on both lunch and dinner, the company had a static flow with the difference of plus or minus approximately one hundred and fifty dollars.
With regards to the lunchtime, a restaurant kept the plank over $2,200 dollars per lunch in all seven days except weekends. Where Saturday and Sunday were the most disadvantaged days for an establishment, with an earning of $1,950 and $1,550 respectively. Whereas the most profitable afternoon was the Wednesday, taking to the cashier about $2,600.
Meanwhile, dinners had to be the most beneficial hours during the day. With a gap of about several hours, dinnertimes provided $1,200 more than lunches did.
