Overall, it can be seen that the majority of citizens in Luxemburg were mobile holders and PC owners, whereas the number of Chinese people having two devices mentioned above was modest. Furthermore, PC was more preferred electrical appliance in Luxemburg, Singapore, South Korea, and China rather than mobile phones.
According to the survey, in every 1000 people living in Luxemburg, there were 9/10 of the total were PC and mobile owners which was also the highest recorded fraction among 6 countries. Standing the second and third place were Singaporean and South Korean dwellers with 690 and 452 computers per 1000 people, respectively. In contrast, people in Italy and Germany had a tendency to use mobile phones instead of PC. In Italy, 737 was the number of mobile holders, which nearly doubled the figure for people owing PC. The gap was much smaller in the two consumer groups purchasing mobile phones and PC in Germany, with 586 and 452 per 1000 people, respectively.
