The two maps illustrate some dramatic changes over a period of above a half of century.
Overall, this area experienced of significant changes during the period given. The most noticeable of differences between the two maps are the extension of the road and the appearance of restaurant.
As can be seen, dining tables and and pavilion remain unchanged from 1950 to now. Meanwhile, the playground was destroyed to make way for another car park. Restaurant was constructed by the left side of the pool at this moment.
Turning to other features, we can see that 2 surf clubs appeared and one located in the left of the beach, one situated in the right side. Also, the pool in the left was expanded from 25 meters long in 1950 to 50 meters long now.
