In comparison, the fewer fractions of female members are found in the engineering department. Although, education faculty has the highest percentage of females staff members.
The ratios of males in the faculty of Business, Engineering, Law and Science have a high percentage. The average proportion of male staff members in these faculties are more than 50% in the year 2016, on the other hand, female ratios in the same departments have an average of approximately 35%. In comparison, female members in the department of Arts, Medicine and Education have great proportion. Although, the margin of male and female in the Medicine department is of 1%
