Overall, base on the pictures there were several change of the both between on the 2007 and 2010, where the main transformations were the form of street as well as position of the facilities.
On the first map, the city hospital in 2007 has a ring road, it was seen that there were car park, staff and public which on the both side of streets that was structured regularly, then in the eastern of city hospital there was a bus stop, while that the intersection in the southern of hospital road with the city road of the street which transverse.
On the other picture, in 2010 the city hospital experienced a convert where the there were two roundabouts on the northern and southern side of hospital road. The public car park put on the right side of city hospital then the way to the bus station connected with the two of roundabouts. Finally, the place of ring road and city road were similar in 2007.
