the two maps below show an island, before and after the construction of some tourist facilities
The given maps compare the different features of an island before and after building touristic facilities for visitors.
Overall, the first impression from map before is that the vast majority of island area is almost unused. While, new design for map after, contains various facilities which not exist in old map to attract tourists.
Firstly, from map before, it can be seen that some trees planted in the eastern and western sides of the island. Furthermore, in the west of island, it has only a small beach. Whereas the central region of island is merely free.
On the other hand, from map after, it can be observed that numerous facilities are built later. First of all, reception is constructed in the heart of central region. This reception is connected to restaurant in the northern part and pier in the southern part by car track. Moreover, many accommodation units are built on both sides of the reception with a footpath connecting units each other as well as the reception. It is interesting to mention that the green areas and the beach are unchanged. Nevertheless, the eastern area of island is not properly used as before.
