In 2007, Hospital Road was the main street to get in the city hospital. there was only 1 parking lot, serving for staff and public, next to the Hospital Road and City Road. Moreover, there were 2 intersections at on Hospital road without traffic light. Furthermore, for people who use public transportation, there was bus stops located on the south of a city hospital, getting there must go through hospital road near the car park area.
There was a huge change in 2010, two traffic circles were built in front of the hospital, and between Hospital road and City road. A bus station, replacing bus stops linked to both roundabouts near the entrance of the hospital. However, public car park was moved to the east of hospital, getting there must pass through Ring road but a car park for staff were still remained.
