Overall, the road access witnessed various changes with the most noticeable being the erection of roundabout.
Regarding of the North of City Hospital, there was a Ring road and City hospital to remain unchanged. Beside the public car park was relocated to the North East of the city for parking in 2010. Moreover, the roundabout was added near the hospital to intersect other transports in this place.
Concerning of the road access in the South, the bus stop was the both side of Hospital road which was relocated to the West of the City. While the staff car park near Hospital road was modernize, the crossroad was replace by the roundabout that connected with City road, Bus station and Hospital road.
