The two maps illustrate the way to get to a city hospital in two different years, 2007 and 2010.
Overall, we can see that the newer map involves making some changes to the staff and public's carpark, and there is no change for Ring road which was surrounded the hospital.
The most noticeable change from road access in 2007 to 2010 was that organization of buses parked aside of hospital road in 2010. This organization was achieved by creating a new bus station on the west side of hospital road, which is linked to three main roads with tow roundabouts that were constructed at the northern and southern junction.
Another transformation in 2010 which we can see is that staff carpark was separated from the public carpark. New public carpark was made on the east side of the hospital which accesses to the hospital by Ring road, whereas staff could park their cars at the same carpark.
