, bridge the gap in the long distance relationships. A business man can negotiate without travelling, parents can know where there children are at any time. Moreover cell phones have saved many lives as they can be used for calling for help, to access to police, fire, ambulance, emergency team when you are in distress. With mobile phones, we can nevigate the routes, interact with our friends with texts, images, videos, and even use it as an office assistant to deal with emails, office documents. Additionally, it has allowed people for both educational and entertaining purposes: watch movies, listen to music & read books, to name but a few.

On the other hand, overuse mobile phone can have detrimental effects on users' health, such as cancers, albeit with inconclusive evidence. Excessive use of cell phone has been associated with anxiety, irritation, frustration and impatience. What's worse, mobile phone have become instruments for constant interruptions. Many people would always be on the phone chatting, checking emails receiving calls, listening to music, making it virtually impossible to avoid unnecessary interuptions. Lastly, it is plain that there is a link between phones and road accidents.
