Respected Sir,
I’m currently working on a high priority task which is supposed to be completed by end of this week. While working on this task, I’m facing a blocker which is hindering my pace. The laptop which I am currently using is crashing at periodic intervals.
After careful analysis I found that the laptop is crashing whenever I’m trying to move it. This also stops even when I bend the top flap. This is the because of battery that is located under the laptop. There is a loose contact that is causing the issue. However, by changing the battery will fix this problem.
I was hoping if I could get a new battery for my existing laptop or get a new laptop so that I can finish my tasks on time without any delay. Please do consider my request at the earliest.
