Essay topics:

You and your family are living in rented accommodation in an English speaking country. You are not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture.
Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter
introduce yourself
explain what is wrong with the furniture
say what action you would like the landlord to take

living in rented accommodation can be a great option for many people. it provides flexibility and is often more affordable than buying a house. However, when you are living in a rental property, there is always the possibility that something will go wong. In this case, I am not satisfied with the condition of some of the furniture in my rented accommodation in an English speaking country.
Dear Landlord
I am writing to you to express my concern about the condition of some of the furniture in my rented accommodation. my family and I have been living in this property for several months now, and we have noticed that some of the furniture is in a state of disrepair. Specifically, the sofa in the living room has a large tear in the fabric, and the dining table is wobbly and unstable.
we are concerned that this furniture is not safe to use and that it could cause injuries if it were to break or collapse. we would like to request that you take action to repair or replace this furniture as soon as possible. we understand that wear and tear is a normal part of renting a property, but we feel that this furniture is beyond normal wear and tear and requires attention.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. we look forward to hearing back from you soon.
Sincerely,
