You live in a room in college wich your share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find out it very difficult to work. write a letter to the accomodation officer at the college. in the letter

I'm writing to let you understand that my current living condition was not well. Otherwise, the accomodation it self is fine. my housemate has become intolerable made it almost imposible for me to study. i hope you will consider my situation favourably.
Let me explain my situation. The truoble started about three months ago when my housemate first moved in. Prior to that, everything was fine; my old housemate was extremely considerate. my current housemate. However, stays up almos all night and plays insessantly loud musc. As such, i have not been able to sleep properly and therefore cannot consentrate on my studies.
Would you kindly transfer me or my housemate to another room? i would much prefer to live with some one is quiter and more consider of others. As long As is quite, i don't mind whom i live with.
